Clean place with friendly and amazingly nice staff. The rooms with fridge and microwave. Location next to the public buses, the center of the downtown, and food market.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the ADO bus station and with plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. I recently stayed at a great hotel in downtown Cancun. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and street food market nearby. The room was spotless and had a comfortable bed and pillow. The wifi was reliable, and there was a desk for working on my laptop. The hotel also had a smart TV with Netflix. The staff, especially Luis, the owner, were very helpful and spoke excellent English. a great value hotel with 24/7 reception and all the amenities you need.
